25% (non-refundable) of rental due on booking. Balance due 60 days before arrival. |

Resident staff can help with the purchase of food and drink during stay (at guests' expense), and provide meals at the house as required. |

2 golf carts are available at the villa, plus Tryall shuttle bus for accessing all the Club's facilities. Car or bus hire with driver also available through Tryall. |
